Tuffy Toys are all made to an extremely high standard and are built to last.Unlike other soft dog toys that have one row of stitching, Tuffies have 7 rows of Superlock stitching that makes these toys tuff to rip apart.
Under the first layer of soft fleece are 3 layers of industrial grade materials stitched together for strength. The toys are sewn 4 times. Then an additional industrial nylon webbing is added to cover the outside edges.
The squeakers within the toy are safe and quiet because they are sewn into a separate nylon safety pocket beneath the other 4 layers of material.
The toys are "Built to Last" but bear in mind that no toy will last forever.
Tuffy Toys float, squeak and are machine washable.
Tuffy Toys are individually graded on a Tuff scale from 5-10.
