Notwithstanding anything else in these Terms & Conditions or posted on this site, the maximum liability that Waggy Tails shall have is limited to any amounts actually paid to Waggy Tails by the end user. You assume all risk of loss for shipped products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays that shall not be the responsibility of Waggy Tails. You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability, disclaimers of warranties and limited remedies set forth herein represent an inseparable allocation of risk (including, without limitation, in the event of a total and fundamental breach of this terms of use) that is an essential basis of the bargain between the parties.

If Waggy Tails does not receive payment from your credit card issuer or its agent, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Waggy Tails or its agents.
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Waggy Tails reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Waggy Tails further reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by Waggy Tails upon our delivery of products that you have ordered. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Waggy Tails is a reseller to end users and does not accept orders from resellers, exporters, wholesalers, any businesses of any kind or other customers who intend to resell.
Waggy Tails shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Waggy Tails shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Waggy Tails shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
By submitting an order through our site, you agree to our store policies, including our return and exchange policies, restocking fees, and return exceptions.
Waggy Tails reserves the right, at any time, to change its prices and billing methods for products or services sold, effective immediately upon posting on the site or by e-mail delivery to you.

Delivery and Shippng:
Rates
· Standard delivery is completely free
· Deliveries to N Ireland, North Scotland and Channel Islands maybe subject to an additional charge
Shipping
· Most items are sent by standard Royal Mail postal service, eliminating the need for you to wait in for a courier
· Bulky or heavy items will be despatched via a courier and will require a signature
Service
· We aim to despatch all items within 2 working days of order being placed.
· In the vast majority of cases this means goods are delivered to you within 2-3 working days
· If any items are out of stock, we will contact you to advise anticipated delivery time or offer an alternative product. You will have the option to wait for your ordered item, or accept the offered alternative, or cancel your order and receive a refund.
Returns Policy:
For all returns, please refer to the section below that deals with the nature of the return and follow the simple step by step procedure outlined.
a) Faulty or Defective Items
Step 1 – Any faulty item received must be notified to us by email at sales@thewaggytailsstore.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery of the order.
Step 2 – Advise us in the email if you require a replacement or a refund.
Step 3 – We will then notify you of a returns authorisation number. Goods should not be returned until you receive this authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused and will not be refunded or replaced.
Step 4 – Once we receive the faulty item, we will either send out a replacement or refund the cost including delivery charge. If the item is not found to be defective, the original item will be shipped back to you and an additional delivery charge applied.
b) Unwanted Items
Step 1 – If you purchase an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, please email us at sales@thewaggytailsstore.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery of the order.
Step 2 - We will then notify you of a returns authorisation number. Goods should not be returned until you receive this authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused and will not be refunded or replaced.
Step 3 – You must then send the item back in pristine and unused condition, with labels attached and all original packaging intact. Waggy Tails reserves the right not to refund the item if it is not returned in a re-saleable condition.
Step 4 – On receipt of the item, we will issue a refund excluding any postage and packing costs.
c) Wrong Size Items
Step 1 – If you purchase any item that is the wrong size, please email us at sales@thewaggytailsstore.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery of the order.
Step 2 – Please also include in the email the correct size that you require. With this in mind, we ask that you please measure your pet correctly when placing your original order or when advising us of the new size you require as the replacement. Please refer to our MEASUREMENT GUIDE for further assistance, or email us for advice and we will help you.
Step 3 - We will then notify you of a returns authorisation number. Goods should not be returned until you receive this authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused and will not be refunded or replaced.
Step 4 - You must then send the item back in pristine and unused condition, with labels attached and all original packaging intact. Waggy Tails reserves the right not to refund the item if it is not returned in a re-saleable condition.
Step 5 – On receipt of the item, we will send out the requested replacement size, but will ask for additional postage costs at the same rate as your original order. If no appropriate size is available/exists, we will issue a refund excluding the postage and packing costs.
