RETURNS POLICY

 

For all returns, please refer to the section below that deals with the nature of the return and follow the simple step by step procedure outlined.

 

a) Faulty or Defective Items


Step 1 - Any faulty item received must be notified to us by email at sales@thewaggytailsstore.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery of the order.


Step 2 - Advise us in the email if you require a replacement or a refund.


Step 3 - We will then notify you of a returns authorisation number. Goods should not be returned until you receive this authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused and will not be refunded or replaced.


Step 4 - Once we receive the faulty item, we will either send out a replacement or refund the cost including delivery charge. If the item is not found to be defective, the original item will be shipped back to you and an additional delivery charge applied.

 

b) Unwanted Items


Step 1 - If you purchase an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, please email us at sales@thewaggytailsstore.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery of the order.


Step 2 - We will then notify you of a returns authorisation number. Goods should not be returned until you receive this authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused and will not be refunded or replaced.


Step 3 - You must then send the item back in pristine and unused condition, with labels attached and all original packaging intact. Waggy Tails reserves the right not to refund the item if it is not returned in a re-saleable condition.


Step 4 - On receipt of the item, we will issue a refund excluding any postage and packing costs.

 

c) Wrong Size Items


Step 1 - If you purchase any item that is the wrong size, please email us at sales@thewaggytailsstore.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery of the order.


Step 2 - Please also include in the email the correct size that you require. With this in mind, we ask that you please measure your pet correctly when placing your original order or when advising us of the new size you require as the replacement. Please refer to our MEASUREMENT GUIDE for further assistance, or email us for advice and we will help you.


Step 3 - We will then notify you of a returns authorisation number. Goods should not be returned until you receive this authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused and will not be refunded or replaced.


Step 4 - You must then send the item back in pristine and unused condition, with labels attached and all original packaging intact. Waggy Tails reserves the right not to refund the item if it is not returned in a re-saleable condition.


Step 5 - On receipt of the item, we will send out the requested replacement size, but will ask for additional postage costs at the same rate as your original order. If no appropriate size is available/exists, we will issue a refund excluding the postage and packing costs.
